These terms apply when you use this website and when you arrange junk removal by calling the phone number shown on it. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or the number.
What this site is
Miami Junk Haulers is a local service website covering Miami-Dade County. The site publishes junk removal information and typical price ranges and takes pickup requests by phone. When you call, your request is routed to an available local hauling crew; the pickup itself is performed by that crew, and the final agreement for the job is between you and the crew's company.
Prices are ranges, not quotes
Junk removal on this site is priced by how much of the truck your items fill: minimum pickups typically $75–$150, a half load $240–$380 and a full load $450–$650. These are typical Miami market ranges, not a quote for your specific pile. Your exact price is confirmed from your photo or on site before loading begins, and loading does not start until you approve it. Dense materials — concrete, soil, roofing tile — can price by weight above the standard fraction range; that is flagged from your photo, before the crew comes out.
Your right to dispose of the items
By booking a pickup you confirm that the items are yours to dispose of, or that you are authorized to dispose of them — as an owner, an estate executor, a property manager, or a landlord clearing a unit that has been legally released to you. For eviction-related work, we only clear a unit after possession has been legally returned to the owner or manager. Once items are loaded and hauled, they cannot be recovered.
What we cannot take
We do not haul hazardous materials: wet paint, solvents, fuel, chemicals, asbestos-containing material or medical waste. If a pile includes any of these, tell us when you call — we will say plainly what can and cannot go, before anyone comes out.
Booking, windows and access
Pickups are arranged by phone only; this website has no booking form. Pickup windows are estimates and can move with traffic, weather and how earlier jobs run. You are responsible for arranging access — elevator bookings, dock hours, gate codes and parking — and for pointing out anything fragile, valuable or not to be touched before loading starts.
Calls and information
Calls to the number on this site may be recorded and transcribed so your request can be routed to the right crew, as described in the Privacy Policy. Photos you send to price a job are used only to price and plan that job.
