Hot Tub Removal in Miami
That spa was a great idea in 2009. Now it is a mosquito hotel taking up half the patio. We remove hot tubs and spas across Miami-Dade — drained, disconnected, cut into carry-able pieces and hauled away in one visit.
What we pick up
- Above-ground hot tubs and swim spas
- In-ground spa shells (cut-out removal)
- Covers, steps, gazebos and deck sections around the spa
- Patio and backyard access through standard gates
- Same-trip pickup of other patio junk while we are there
How a hot tub actually leaves your yard
Most hot tubs do not fit through the gate whole, so the standard method is: drain it, disconnect power at the breaker, cut the shell into sections with a reciprocating saw, and carry the pieces out. A typical removal prices at $350–$550 in the Miami market depending on size and access — you get the exact number from a photo before we start.
Electrical disconnection at the spa pack is part of the job; if your tub is hard-wired into a sub-panel that needs a licensed electrician to alter, we will tell you before booking, not mid-job.

How is the price set for this job?
By truck fraction, like every job: you pay for the space your items take up, not for time. Send a photo for a range up front; the crew confirms the exact price on site before loading.
Do I need to drain the hot tub first?
If you can, it speeds things up — a garden hose siphon or the tub's drain valve the day before is plenty. If it is full of rain and frogs (a Miami classic), we drain it as part of the job.
Will cutting it up damage my patio or deck?
The shell cuts cleanly and the pieces carry out without dragging. We protect pavers and deck boards on the carry path — tell us about tight gates or screened enclosures when you call.
